Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is the most important thing. Texas MerMade supplies detailed descriptions and accurate pictures of all artwork to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your art, please contact Sabrinah within 10 days of your purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING: Texas MerMade will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Returned items must be shipped with insurance and arrive in an undamaged state and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
CUSTOM ARTWORK: Custom artwork MAY NOT be cancelled or returned! Exchanges or alterations to your special piece can be discussed on an individual basis. Texas MerMade will not be responsible for any errors in shipping information entered during the ordering process. If you note that there is an error, please contact Sabrinah as soon as possible to correct this.
Cancellation policy
Please contact Sabrinah as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Any cancellations must take place before your item is shipped. If your cancellation request is not received before your item is shipped, your order will fall under the return policy.
Shipping
IN-STOCK ITEMS: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped out within two business days. Please allow time for correspondence and construction of custom artwork. A timeline for custom projects will be worked out on an individual basis.
SHIPPING SERVICE: All Shipping is done through UPS or FEDEX with insurance unless requested otherwise. These shipping services offer reasonable costs for insurance as well as package tracking.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged box, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery and have the package returned un-opened. Please take photos of any damage to be used for insurance purposes
RATES: All USA orders shipped to the lower 48 states ship free via UPS.
Global shipping rates are based on package weight and location and are calculated at checkout. Your art is carefully packaged using recycled materials and include things like packing paper, peanuts, foam, and bubble wrap. Your package will be considerably larger than the artwork inside to ensure it arrives safely.
Custom Artwork & Sculpture
PAYMENT: A 20% deposit is required before custom projects are started.
Payment in full is required before the project is shipped.
LAYAWAY: Layaway is an option available to all customers.

2 business days via the shipping policy above.
